Built the business case by quantifying what customers were paying CDPs like Amplitude and Mixpanel just to access their own engagement data, then used those insights to shape pricing and positioning. Grew to $1M in revenue in its first year.
- Championed AI-driven development practices across the team, identifying and pushing adoption of tools like Claude Code and V0 for prototyping, LLMs for documentation, and AI-assisted engineering workflows. Applied this approach to ship Custom Events in roughly half the time of a traditional build.
